Partnering with the Delivery Manager on the delivery of two new DWP welfare to work contract. One as the prime contractor and the second as a subcontractor. Ensuring compliance with the contract & providing monthly reporting. • Created the income recognition policy & supporting schedule to ensure correct recognition of income over the life of the contract. • Created a cost recognition schedule for delivery partners to mirror the income recognition. • Created a lease schedule to ensure correct cost recognition for office leases. • Leading the completion of monthly DWP returns including the input from delivery partners.
