Product Manager operating at the intersection of global platform operations, financial systems, and supply chain technology within high-scale digital commerce environments. My work focuses on strengthening the operational foundations that allow complex marketplaces and distributed platforms to scale reliably across regions. Across Australia, EMEA, the UK, and US markets, I have partnered with engineering, finance, and operations leadership to improve transaction integrity, platform stability, and the resilience of critical operational workflows. Much of this work takes place in regulated, high-control environments, where governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) considerations must be embedded directly into platform design and operational decision-making. My approach combines product thinking with operational governance: translating complex business processes into scalable platform capabilities while maintaining strong control frameworks aligned with ITIL service practices and enterprise risk standards. I am particularly interested in building globally distributed platforms where operational reliability, financial accuracy, and scalable infrastructure become strategic advantages for international commerce ecosystems.
