Credit Management Specialist at CCI
- Checking & managing the credit limits of all customers and working in a proactive way to minimize risk exposures. - Assessing the credit risk per defined rules and managing the workflow for appropriate approvals. - Monitoring & reporting on deviations from credit standards. - To drive end-to-end standard credit management processes across the CCI business. - To highlight opportunities for process improvement. - Supporting the change management processes for 10+ countries where CCI operates. - Maintaining strong relationships with the CCI entities' commercial function in delivering high-quality customer service.
Financial Institutions-Debt Capital Market & Structured Finance - Carrying out all foreign borrowing efforts to increase foreign resource opportunities - Regularly monitoring domestic and international markets, and the bank's securities portfolio - Making necessary agreements with correspondent banks and financial institutions, and following up the transactions until their maturity. - Evaluating, managing and finalizing the process of using the foreign resources created in foreign borrowings of correspondent banks in the primary and secondary markets in line with the bank's liquidity management principles.
- Developing mandatory trainings based on continuous development, to protect the company information, and to spread the company culture such as leadership, privacy and information security trainings, and assigning them to the employees. - Creating personal training paths in accordance with the departments in which the employees work and the job descriptions they have. - Regularly monitoring who has completed the trainings, and implementing an incentive policy on an ongoing basis for those who do not complete the trainings. - Developing and assigning programs that include the adaptation process and continuous improvement for new recruits. - Creating programs to retain top talents in the company, such as Employee Recognition Programs.
-Reporting the organizational structure of the authorities that belong to the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs such as Embassy, Consulate General, and Permanent Representation. -Conducting research on TSE's relations with its subsidiaries. -Creating templates of TSE's correspondence with international companies.
Working on the company's most recent financial statement and preparing Capitalization Table, company and industry overview page, deal structure overview page while considering quantitative and qualitative analyses, 10-year Financial Model Forecast.
