In meiner Funktion als Recruiteinr bei Conduent liegen die Schwerpunkte meiner Tätigkeit in der Bewerberadministration, -Vorselektion und in der qualifizierten Erstellung von Anforderungsprofilen. Zusätzlich führe ich telefonische, wie auch persönliche Bewerbungsinterviews und formuliere Stellenausschreibungen für die Bereiche B2B İnnendienst und Technisches Support,bei welchem mir mein technisches Verständnis und Interesse stets von Vorteil sind.
