Supported one of the biggest projects in HKJC, the project is to upgrade from the legacy to new football betting system. Managed vendors and prepare bi weekly status report and informed senior management about the project status and discussed the mitigation plan. Managed the Statement of work (SOW) between HKJC and vendors, ensure all the activities, deliverables and timelines for vendors providing servers to HKJC on-time. Communicated with feed handlers providers, to check if there is any time out, not receiving in play result, event profile, redundancy the legacy feed and upgrade to new feed. Supported component teams ensure they can participate the integration test together with Infra, Architect, BA, DevOps, Accenture, EPAM, Channel, Security, Audit , DevTest, SAT, UAT etc. Oversee all major activities between components and SAT, ensure components to meet SAT requirement, to deliver good quality software, feature by feature based. Ensure stable environment is needed and allowed feeds connected to HKJC without any issue. Managed defect review in triage meeting by using Agile tool and methodology - JIRA, Kanban board, daily standup, Rational ClearQuest (RCQ) to support defects and keep tracking backlogs. Approach to managing all changes made to a product or system in Change Control Meeting, to ensure that no unnecessary changes are made, all the changes are documented and not unnecessarily disrupted Managed people mindset especially some departments use waterfall and some departments support in Agile.
