Also contributed to key integrations like Getir Para, chatbot, and e-invoice, improving operational efficiency. Locals Tribe, Promotion Squad We handled CRUD operations for promotions. We ensured the selection and automatic application of suitable promotions. Also managed the display of conditions for ineligible promotions and linked promotions with relevant products, enhancing customer experience and boosting sales. Locals Tribe, Merchant Experience Squad We managed store operations and integration processes. My tasks included managing store operations on maps, setting delivery areas, integrating financial data with SAP, calculating delivery fees, conducting automatic IVR calls, and listing stores in the app. I also oversaw chain stores and related operational processes. Courier Tribe, Task Assignment and Management Squad We was responsible for assigning and managing tasks for couriers. We focused on algorithm-driven processes, managing complex operations like continuous assignment and task shuffling. Recently, we transitioned "Getir" and "Getir Büyük" orders from the old system to a new, smarter model. Maps Tribe, Map Engine Squad Delivering stable and scalable map services. Our focus is on providing accurate distance, duration, routing, traffic, and all map-related data.
