I'm Senior Piping Designer (multidiscipline). I have almost 20 years experience as a designer. Last 13 year I’m working as a piping designer in energy companies. Previously, I worked as a designer in various companies in the fields of mechanical manufacturing, cement and energy. I worked on many issues related to detail engineering activities that I mentioned below, from the beginning to the end of the project. Since I have enough experience on piping, I can work as an admin of AVEVA, SmartPlant 3D and similar 3D programs after a few weeks of training. Because i can adapt in a very short time to the issue I am trained in and to other drawing programs. Also, i can work as piping supervisor, piping coordinator or technical office lead on site. Directly managed the MUS Cement Plant capacity expansion, executing the mechanical installation of 850 tons of equipment and structural steel within a rigorous 3-month timeline. Technical scope included the assembly and commissioning of the Roller Press unit, drive assemblies, dynamic/V-shape separators, and high-capacity belt/chain elevators. Oversaw the integration of all process piping, pneumatic systems, and filtration units while leading a 35-man multidisciplinary team with a focus on precision engineering and zero-LTI safety standards.
