I used to be a gold digger, literally. In gold exploration, I managed millions of data points and built systems that cut reporting cycles from two weeks to one day. That’s where I discovered my edge: structuring complexity into clear frameworks and creating the foundations that help leaders make better decisions, faster. I carried that mindset into startups. Scaling a cleantech company from pre-seed to Series A, implementing systems that lifted execution speed by 80%, and supporting fundraising that secured $10M+ in equity and government grants. I partner with CEOs, Fortune 500 clients, and investors to translate technical ambiguity into business strategy—and ensure execution stays aligned to it. Having completing my MBA, I bring scientific rigor, strategic thinking, and cross-industry adaptability. I’m excited to apply this mix to Chief of Staff, consulting, and corporate strategy roles to tackle complex problems, accelerate growth, and deliver durable results. 🚀 Career Highlights → Startup Scale-Up: Scaled a cleantech company from pre-seed to Series A, growing revenue to $2M+, headcount 7x (3→22), and securing $10M+ equity funding and government grants. → Strategy to Execution: Rolled out the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), improving execution speed and cross-functional alignment by 80%. → Operational Leadership: Built core operations, finance, HR, and IT systems that enabled Fortune 500 client delivery and seamless collaboration across business and R&D. → Innovation & Compliance: Pioneered Canada’s first photon assay adoption; and co-authored regulatory reports (NI 43-101), redesigned assay protocols delivering $100K annual savings ❤️🔥Core Competencies → Corporate & Growth Strategy → Executive & Board Engagement → Cross-functional Team Leadership → Financial Modeling & Resource Allocation → Fundraising & Investor Relations → Organizational Design & Scaling → Digital Transformation → Process & Cost Optimization → Systems & Workflow Implementation → Executive & Board Engagement → Talent & Culture Development → Strategic Communication & Storytelling → Data Analysis & Visualization (Python, SQL, Excel) 🌎Sector Exposure → Information Technology & Startups → Cleantech & Sustainability → Natural Resources & Mining 💭 Views expressed are my own and do not represent any organization.

Dual Role Appointment: initially hired as an Exploration Geologist and subsequently entrusted as Database Administrator. • Conducted core logging, geological mapping, and drill program support to evaluate mineral prospects and guide exploration strategy. • Automated photo archiving via VBA, reducing errors by 50% and saving 80% of geologist time.
I assisted GIS/Database Manager in performing QA/QC checks on exploration and production drill hole results, and composited the results for visualization in block models. I self-learned Python in 2 days to filter close to 23,000 surface samples for imports into our database. During my work term, I also visited the Hope Bay camp in Nunavut for a week to understand the operations at the site.
