About

I am a strategic HR leader with over 13 years of experience working across complex, multinational environments, currently leading HR strategy and organizational effectiveness across Europe South. Throughout my career, my focus has been consistent: moving HR beyond a support function and positioning it as a true driver of business performance. At Microsoft, I operate across multi-country markets, partnering closely with leadership teams to translate business priorities into impactful people and organizational strategies. My work spans leadership capability, talent strategy, organizational design, and culture ; always with a strong focus on execution and measurable impact. Before Microsoft, I built a strong foundation at Unilever across industrial relations, HR transformation, and M&A, which shaped my ability to balance strategy with operational reality. I am particularly passionate about leadership, culture, and building organizations that can perform and adapt in fast-changing environments.
