• In charge of managing all commercial operations worth of EUR 20 million / year, including; sales, pricing, and business development activities of the whole product range (Domestic Boilers, Commercial Boilers and Radiators) in United Kingdom, Germany, USA, Canada, Ireland, Denmark, Netherlands, Poland, Ireland, Czech Rep., Hungary, Estonia, Croatia, Slovakia, China, and Oceania. • Responsible of managing, coordinating, and controlling all financial, legal, and commercial activities of Warmhaus Heating Ltd. • Lead the “European Market Expansion Vision” of the company. • Initiated and implemented an expansion sales plan; for the international sales to reach EUR 100 million from EUR 10 million (X10) and to increase its share within the company from 20% to 50% within a deadline of 3 years. • Started business negotiations worth EUR 250 million / Year. (X5 of the company’s annual turnover). • In-charge of the sales of whole “Aluminium Fin Stock” industrial product segment exceeding EUR 3,5 million / Year. • Reported to Sales Director.
• Managed a customer portfolio worth EUR 5 million / Year from numerous different markets including; North America, Northern Europe, Middle East, Russia and CIS Countries and the domestic market (Turkey). • Took leadership in both International and domestic sales, pricing and planning operations of Agrotextiles, Geotextiles and Technical Textile products and fabrics. • Determined pricing policy, assessed price changes for benchmarking and negotiated accordingly. • Prepared, implemented, and managed a market communication plan with new product ideas. • Prepared annual sales budget and monthly performance reviews. Supervised the preparation of all sales reports. • Performed market research and developed product strategies in accordance with the company’s mission. • Decided which exhibitions and events to attend.
