I help organisations regain control through clear governance, realistic programmes, decision frameworks, and coordinated design processes — translating strategy into execution. I also collaborate with HPP Architects on selected projects, contributing to the coordination and delivery of complex design processes within international teams. I am often engaged at moments of risk or transition — when projects face schedule slippage, scope ambiguity, design coordination issues, or loss of direction. In these situations, I provide calm leadership, structured problem-solving, and practical delivery oversight. For over 20 years, I have been working in the architecture and construction industry as a project manager and process coordinator. One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is that success isn’t driven by technical solutions alone—it’s built on people, communication, and leadership. No matter how complex a project is, understanding the people behind it, building trust, and keeping motivation high are the true keys to success. Today, I combine that experience with professional coaching—creating space for project managers, young professionals, and emerging women leaders to explore their own insights, solutions, and potential.
