- Implementing and supporting the HR policy and tools in the assigned structures; - Monitoring HR processes within given structures, i.e. recruitment, employment, on boarding, staff appraisal, staff development, training, promotions, career paths, succession, dismissals; - Recruitment of managers, designing and implementing organisational changes and optimization - Participating in and implementing the process of evaluation of job positions; - Managing the training budget of the structure, performing training needs analysis, designing development and motivational programmes; - Participating and executing projects related to organisational change within the business area; - Work with managers and employees regarding development of managerial skills and management style aimed at supporting good business results; - Providing managers with help in solving employment issues and recommending actions in line with the labour law.
