I work as financial controller, manager who report directly to the CFO. ·Responsible for preparing and monitoring long term business plan. ·Preparing all campuses yearly detailed budget. ·Responsible of monitoring monthly actuals and making EBITDA adjustments for the rest of the year. ·Implementing monthly IFRS financial tables. ·Monitoring KPI’s for deeply understanding financial performance. ·Analysing and reporting weekly student enrolment reports to CEO and CFO. ·Managing and organizing audit process with the audit company.
Yapı Merkezi Holding is a group of companies which mainly focuses on engineering projects throughout the world. ·Preparing monthly P&L actuals of the projects. ·Responsible for preparing management reports according to POC’s (Percentage of completion) of the projects. ·Responsible for preparing monitoring head office budget. ·Organizing financial audit process.
