-Senior Merchant -Cotton Business Unit. -Country Lead of Turkey and trade responsible for destinations, Thailand and Vietnam.. -In-charge of trading activities and merchandising. -Local Supply & Demand analysis for the traded commodity. -Monitoring closely the textile mills , yarn spinners and other cotton trading parties for trading opportunities. - Offering Added Value Solutions to customers such as; CRM, Trade Structured Finance, Position Hedging, Import tax and currency Hedging, Premium Based Pricing, Options, Inventory management, GSM credits.
- Grain & Oilseed Supply Chain Europe (Gosce) - In-charge of Cotton,Grains,(corn-wheat-barley),Tallow and Sugar trade. - Grain desk head / Cotton desk head in Turkish operations. - Managing local Grain origination ,import sourcing and brokarage on CIF basis. - Backing / supporting oilseeds and oilseed meals (Soybean ,Sunflower and meals) - Direct P&L responsibility. - Strategic Procurement and Sourcing for trading opportunities , - Local Supply & Demand analysis for the traded commodities. - Closely monitor the textile mills ,yarn spinners,flour mills and other related parties for trading opportunities. - Offering Added Value Solutions to customers such as; CRM, Trade Structured Finance, Position Hedging, Import tax and currency Hedging, Premium Based Pricing, Options, Inventory management, GSM credits,supply chain management ,sustainability projects. -Local Deployment Lead- CRM Tool (Sales Force-SFDC)
• Reporting to Managing Partner of the company. • In charge of full trading operations of the company, traded products include Oilseeds, Meals, Pulses, Dairy Products, Sugar, Meat and bottled vegetable oils. • Organization of logistic. • Strategic Procurement and Sourcing for international trading opportunities. • Direct P&L responsibility. • Supply Chain management. • National Supply & Demand analysis for the traded products. • Closely monitor government restrictions and tax regulations. • Organizing and planning of import, export, customs and inspection procedures. • Responsible from customer accounts and relations.
• Reporting to Group Manager. • Plan, organize and coordinate all marketing / sales requirements from inception of the order until the delivery to the European customers of Sabanci Holding’s leading fabric manufacturer. • Key Customer Management. (Inditex-Zara, Benetton, Mango, M&S, Next and River Island, etc) • Management and organizing of exclusive agents who are constantly visiting customers. • Regular customer visits and engaging with the customers established in the international fairs that are held in London (ITKIB) and Paris (PV). • Representing the company in an appropriately professional manner in accordance with its policies. • Develop and maintain customer relationship. Understand the customers’ business, processes and key issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints. • To make commercial proposals and conduct commercial negotiations. • Organizing and realizing yearly plans, budgets and sales targets for the organization. • Responsibilities also include product development projects, innovation projects, visiting customer’s shops for closely monitoring the trends and products of competitors and enlarging client portfolio.
