I’m a Senior Partner and Managing Partner of McKinsey in Turkey, working with clients across Central Europe, Middle East and Africa. I advise and serve clients across a range of sectors, including telecommunication and energy on topics including digital transformation, business strategy and capital projects. My areas of expertise include: digital strategy, building new businesses, organization design, organizational restructuring, operations and strategic planning. I’m passionate about building new ventures, as well as the economic development and prosperity of Turkey. Before joining McKinsey, I was a business development manager and construction manager at two of the country’s major construction companies. Outside of work, I am an avid antique toys and art collector.
