Main responsibilities are respectively flight safety and passenger comfort. So far flew to over 50 countries from far east to American continents and from south Africa to Scandinavia. Mostly in Europe including Turkey as domestic flights but in general to all continents except Australia. Since the last 4 years and half, flown by double ailed aircrafts; A340 and A330-200/300. Apart from wide body aircrafts also flown by Boeing737-400/700/800/900 and A319/320/321 fleets simultaneously.
Passenger services on ground. Responsible for check- in procedures in departure hall and also transit passenger procedures in arrival section, directing passengers to the gates or passport check points, organising help and facilities for the passengers who need special assistance and to ensure that the passengers are on board with no problem about pre-flight procedures..
