Expert in handling and processing cattle feces/water samples containing Campylobacter spp. in a BSL-2 lab. • Experience in characterization of extracted isolates through antimicrobial resistance profiling, multiplex PCR, and gel electrophoresis. • Project designer with experience in designing new protocols and experiments • Experience in biosafety procedures, including use of autoclaves and sterilization techniques. • Experience in handling pathogenic strains, including Listeria monocytogenes.
• Assist children with mental and physical disabilities such as: cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and autism develop everyday life skills. • Plan and schedule daily activities for the camp. • Help develop and promote social skills by managing behavior problems.
