Building the decision layer connecting travel, finance, procurement, and business outcomes

About

I’ve spent most of my career in the ops world, partnering closely with founders, leadership teams, and now large enterprise customers to build the systems, processes, and foundations that help organizations grow and run more efficiently. From sales operations to broader business ops work, I’ve loved being the person behind the scenes turning messy, fragmented data into clearer insights and scalable workflows. I’ve worked on everything from designing sales processes for growing teams to leading forecasting, reporting, and operational strategy. What motivates me most is creating solutions that help others thrive in their roles. Now, I’m making the shift into go-to-market at Clarasight, where I work with enterprise corporate travel teams to drive efficiency by fixing disconnected data and embedding AI to automate workflows, forecasting, and smarter decision-making across their travel programs. Always happy to connect with others working in GTM, corporate travel, sustainability, or anyone who just wants to chat about the latest in the NBA.

Clarasight is building a travel intelligence and planning platform for finance and travel teams. We bring together travel, expense, and organizational data into a unified view so companies can forecast spend and emissions, set budgets and targets, manage policies, and identify opportunities to improve performance. Beyond visibility, Clarasight automates workflows end to end, from ingesting and standardizing data, to generating forecasts and recommendations, to triggering actions and alerts, so teams can move from insight to execution without manual effort. This gives finance leaders long range control over travel as a major area of spend, while enabling travel managers to operationalize those goals efficiently.

  • Zendesk (3 yrs 5 mos)
    • Manager, Alliances Strategy & Operations
      Feb 2021 - Sep 2022 · 1 yr 8 mos

I played a pivotal part in managing and implementing the Tech Alliance Team and individual objectives and key results (OKRs). Working closely with the Director of Tech Alliance, I contributed significantly to the design and execution of the inaugural Tech Alliance Partner Program. This entailed developing partner tiers and conducting comprehensive backtesting to ensure their effectiveness and viability, with the goal of motivating partners to enhance their integration with Zendesk. Additionally, I took charge of quantifying the impact of Tech Alliance (Marketplace Partners) on existing customers and deals by creating a process to improve tracking capabilities by deploying a custom object in Salesforce. Leveraging SQL and Excel, I conducted in-depth analysis on Tech Alliance Partner installs, providing valuable insights for Zendesk sales teams on top integration by use case, industry, company size and geography and guiding Tech Alliance partners on what partners to invest more time with.

    • Senior Sales Operations Analyst
      Jan 2020 - Feb 2021 · 1 yr 2 mos

As Smooch transitioned into Sunshine Conversations post-acquisition, I continued to be responsible for Sales Ops, managing tools, Salesforce instances, process design, and deal support. During the integration process, I spearheaded critical projects within the Go-to-Market function, notably the Sunshine Conversation Chatbot Partner Program. This initiative aimed to onboard Chatbot companies into our marketplace, surpassing our target (3-5) with 10 partners by the November 2020 launch. Working collaboratively across departments within Zendesk, I ensured alignment between Sunshine Conversations and Zendesk's sales systems and processes, exemplifying my ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments.

    • Sales Operations Analyst
      May 2019 - Jan 2020 · 9 mos

Following the acquisition of Smooch, I transitioned into the role of a Sales Operations Analyst, maintaining my previous responsibilities. As part of the integration efforts, I actively engaged in various work-streams, including Billing, Sales, Account Management, and Systems integration, to smoothly integrate Smooch into the Zendesk organization. I took charge of sales reporting and enablement for the Smooch sales organization within Zendesk. This involved providing comprehensive sales reporting insights and developing enablement materials to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team. Additionally, I took the lead as the Operations lead for Smooch, ensuring operational continuity and efficiency throughout the integration process.

  • Business Development Analyst at Smooch
    Apr 2018 - Sep 2022 · 4 yrs 6 mos

(ACQUIRED BY ZENDESK) During my time at Smooch, I wore many hats to keep the sales engine running smoothly. I led the charge on weekly and monthly sales reporting, making sure the VP of Sales and the team were always in the loop. As the go-to person for all things Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Dooly, I managed the implementation and optimization of our sales tools. I also took charge of billing and collections, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Alongside that, I created helpful guides to assist everyone in navigating our sales processes and tools. I led some exciting projects too, like automating our inbound lead process and improving how we track leads from start to finish. And I tightened up our billing processes to cut down on errors. Basically, if it had to do with sales tools or processes, I was all over it!
