I've spent the last decade building a digital commerce company from its startup phase to $700MM+ in annual revenue. As the first employee at Recom and a member of the executive leadership team throughout its evolution, I've been responsible for designing, implementing, and running the commercial and operational infrastructure that made that trajectory possible.
