• Assist with full recruitment lifecycle from intake calls with clients to the very end of the selection process. • Conduct initial Intake calls with US-based clients to understand role requirements, client needs and determine the best recruitment approach. • Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter. • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit for the open position. • Continue to liaise with clients to move candidates forward to interviews with hiring managers. • Passive pipeline creation using the same platform mentioned above. • Track all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (Mercury ATS and Excel). • Work towards 4 to 5 submittals every 3 to 4 days, depending on role specifics. • Onboard clients and candidates, setting expectations for communication channels and goals for the first three months of collaboration. • Conduct monthly check-ins with clients to discuss performance and any issues they may have had.
