I am a Data Scientist and AI Engineer with a Master's degree in Data Science, specializing in machine learning applications for healthcare and cybersecurity. My expertise centers on supervised and unsupervised learning models, with particular strength in anomaly detection for cyber-physical systems and classification tasks in multiomics data, including WGS, RNAseq, and epigenetics. I have extensive experience in representation learning, leveraging Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) and Graph-based Variational Autoencoders (VGAEs) to extract meaningful insights from complex data structures. During my master's program, I collaborated with the Laboratory of Health Translational Bioinformatics (TBH Lab) in Colombia, where I applied advanced machine learning and deep learning methodologies to identify mutation patterns in whole exome sequencing (WES) data associated with breast cancer. This research experience strengthened my commitment to advancing healthcare analytics through innovative AI solutions.
