Responsible for the Energy & Infrastructure activities in Belgium: - Manage a P&L for key accounts, with 70 consultants delivering engineering services -Budget (~7M €) & Forecast definition and follow up - Direct management of 2 Business Managers - Bringing new clients, as part of diversification strategy. - Full Sales Cycle Management: Responsible for strategic development of top clients, legal and contractual aspects of a large portfolio: provide efficient technical solutions, respond to call for tender, RFP and define strategic approach to the market.
Business Development & Key Account Management - Recruitment and management of a team of technology and engineering consultants to deliver technical services at key clients in the energy & industry sectors: • Manage the growth and profitability of my perimeter / P&L: Turnover: ~2.5M€ • Deliver capability to develop from scratch and ensure healthy strong term relationships with key and new clients • Hunt and prospection of new business opportunities (cold calls, meetings, legal and contractual aspects) in order to ensure pipeline sufficiency- managing up to 15 clients at the same time, +6 new client openings, development of results-committed solutions to clients • Recruitment and people management- manage full cycle recruiting (sourcing, interview, salary proposal) and career evolution (follow-ups, yearly evaluations, salary increase, career plans, mobility) of ~25-30 consultants
