Course: Design Thinking to Empower Creativity and Innovation → A 12 weeks project-based course in English with +/- 20 students aiming at sharing the Design Thinking mindset and main tools of research, ideation and prototyping → 5 cohorts led over 4 years
→ Missions: • Understanding clients' briefs, reframing their problematics and drafting proposals • Conducting extensive market and user research, formalizing and restituting major insights • Organizing and facilitating ideation and co-creation workshops • Rapid prototyping of both tangible and intangible solutions (interfaces, service roadmaps, brand book ...) → Clients: EDF, La Redoute, AXA, Club Med, Plastic Omnium, MACIF, Orange, Salomon, Fast Retailing, CNAM → Toolbox: interviews, focus groups, ergonomic tests, stakeholders' map, user personas, customer journeys, benchmarking, trends analysis, experience maps, service blueprints, brand platforms, brand positioning, design principles, wireframing (Figma/Sketch), ...
Missions: • Assistance in the creation of the new ContentPlace platform (CMS) • Development of digital marketing tools and campaigns • Website audit and optimizations
