I am a multilingual, enthusiastic professionnal with a strong sense of global solidarity and awareness and a passion for work that has a social impact. With a background in criminology (PhD), I am interested by a wide range of diverse areas aimed at creating positive social change and improving society.
Participated in Belgium's 40 under 40, a one-year fellowship focused on personal growth, leadership development, and increasing societal impact through collaboration with fellow leaders across sectors.
Belgium’s 40 under 40 brings together 40 societal leaders below 40 to embark on a journey of personal and leadership development centered on meaning, societal responsibility, and impact. As a Fellow, I had the chance to connect with other young leaders from different sectors. Together, we reflected on our leadership journeys and increase our societal footprint.
I am currently working as a fieldmanager in the Boost Program, whose objective is to ensure academic and personal development of talented students from underprivileged economic backgrounds
During this training program, I teach the Permaculture module (design and drawing techniques) and facilitate the WHY workshop.
I worked as a criminologist for the Prevention Service of Molenbeek. More specifically, I have been working on the issues of violent extremism in the past and now focus on primary prevention projects concerning the relationship between police en citizens.
I was a board member of Edukado, a voluntary organization that supports and guides student teams in accomplishing a solidarity project in the South. During a full year a student team undertakes a construction project, focused on providing education. The team then travels during the summer months to the respective country to execute its project.
