We conducted in-depth research and data analysis, and delivered a set of actionable recommendations aimed at strengthening customer engagement and improving operational efficiency. This was an incredible experience, both professionally and personally. We truly enjoyed working with the Borsalino team, and the project offered us valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities of managing a luxury brand in a fast-evolving retail environment.
