I am dedicated to leadership- and business development and have more than 14 years of experience within the HR field including international employees and subsidiaries. I have experience of being a member of the Concern Group as well as the Operational Management Team, talent acquisition, coaching managers and HR-team, leading in change, earlier experience of finance. One of the main responsibilities is to maintain a good work environment and ensure law compliance within the HR-field in Europe, North America, and Australia.
Nudie Jeans is an international company with approximately 250 employees spread over eight countries, and a turnover of 500 Mkr (SEK) 2019. Alongside leading the HR team in tasks like talent acquisition, labor law, work environment, salaries, comp & ben and setting up budget/forecasts, I coach my manager colleagues in HR questions and union negotiation. In cooperation with the CEO of Nudie Jeans I handle strategic management- and organizational questions. One main responsibility is to ensure law compliance within the HR field.
