I like the messy parts: figuring out how to get things moving when priorities are unclear, when teams need alignment, or when a great idea needs a kick-start. At Oliver Wyman, I spent nearly 5 years consulting for Fortune 500 clients and early-stage ventures alike. I led adoption strategies boosting product adoption by 60%+, created pricing models that lifted revenue projections by 65%, and redesigned systems that made massive programs run efficiently. Along the way, I honed my ability to turn scattered insights, competing priorities, and complex problems into scalable and elegant solutions. These days, I'm channeling that same energy into building Itinize, a travel planning platform designed to minimize executive function and maximize excitement and anticipation for an awesome experience.
