• Develop and maintain the Enterprise IAM Strategy and roadmap in partnership with Product Management. Champion the transformational effort to migrate from a closed, Account-centric, perimeter security based model to an open standards, Identity-centric, Zero Trust based model. • Oversee multidisciplinary teams in Seattle, Burbank and Orlando in delivery and operation of Enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions leveraged by hundreds of thousands of users and hundreds of millions of guests, fans and viewers worldwide. • Partner closely with Global Information Security organization and segment Information Security Officers to ensure IAM solutions meet all security and compliance policies and controls. • Support Disney direct-to-consumer strategy by ensuring throughput, latency and availability requirements for OAuth 2 systems supporting Disney+ worldwide rollout are met. • Oversee Cloud migration efforts to re-architect Tier 1 components to leverage cloud-native solutions, reducing costs and increasing resiliency. • Support company acquisition strategy by rapidly integrating disparate IAM systems from Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, Fox and Hulu through IAM Federation strategy. • Attract, retain, and grow diverse high performing teams that are passionate about customer success and constantly striving for excellence. • Delivered a highly performant, highly scalable API Management and Endpoint Security solution as a critical technology component of the Walt Disney World Resort MyMagic+ initiative. • Assumed oversight of Disney’s Web Analytics platform. • Led a team of software developers through all phases of the software development lifecycle, provided technical leadership and mentoring, established coding standards and policies, led design and architectural decision-making, ensured all project milestones were met or exceeded, worked with Product Management to understand customers' needs and project requirements, created estimates, developed project schedules, and performed capacity planning. • Technical liaison and internal lead of a highly strategic joint development effort with United Health Care, providing 2 million of their myUHC.com customers access to paperless reimbursement of FSA-eligible purchases at Drugstore.com. • Led pilot project to streamline pharmacy processes, reduce operational overhead, and allow Drugstore.com to partner with additional Pharmacy Benefit Managers by replacing home grown back end systems with a packaged solution.
