AI is already here - how are you going to respond? I'm a CTO and product leader who's spent 20+ years at the intersection of technology, strategy and people — from BCG and JPMorgan to AWS to startup exits. I now lead AI transformations and build AI products for different companies that need to advance their capabilities, culture and technology practices. My first career was in computer science but what I've come to enjoy most isn't the technology, it's the people. It's creating a culture for adaptability and change within businesses, often at a very personal level. Removing guard rails and old habits to usher in a new way of doing things.
