Started new role with E-FWD, working with community members in energy Researched battery storage and data centres with community groups and data for environmental NGO APRS. I’ve created onboarding materials for ESL colleagues and supported peers through workplace challenges. In each role, I’ve taken on more responsibility due to my performance and collaboration. Was first in university programme’s history to take a postgraduate course as an option while an undergraduate student: Information Systems and Databases. Did intersectional analysis of equity to groups facing multiple inequalities: innovated methodology from wide reading--epidemiology-- evaluated programme effectiveness and proposed improvements.
