Business development of afloat repair services include merchant ships and OSVs calling into UAE ports and for riding teams on cargo ships.
Leader of the project and owner’s representative to build 3x42m 100T Bollard Pull multi-purpose Infield Support Vessels, with full accountability for safety, cost and project performance. Project Manager for the development and implementation of best practice company management systems for future operational effectiveness.
Responsible for the regional operations P&L performance for a fleet of 38 vessels. Accountable for charter contract review and acceptance. Managed over 40 shore staff and 250 crew. Key reports include the regional Technical Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Crewing Manager, KSA Port Captain and Qatar Operations Supervisor.
Managed and developed three regional bases, including superintendents, operations, workshop and inventory staff. Responsible for the R&M and docking of 38 vessels, including AHTS, PSVs, towing tugs, crewboats and barges.
