The GWS scope on this project entails the complete management of the whole site, this is the first project of it's kind awarded to a sub-contractor. QA responsibilities include incoming component inspections with Siemens QA, quality and documentation control on works performed, pre- snagging components prior to call for inspection, final inspection, planning and delegation for the close out of all open non-conformitties prior to shipping components to offshore for assembly.
