Simulate hydrogen compression on DWSIM and Aspen HYSYS to determine energy consumption. Analyze and benchmark simulation results to reputable software (Aspen HYSYS). Compare simulation energy consumption with real world data via literature review and comparison with Adora, GREET and HDSAM software.
Tasked with overseeing the adjustments of process control alarms, resolving alarm discrepancies between control servers and the database, and monthly reviewing of alarm metrics. During my tenure, alarm discrepancies fell by 90%, eventually reaching an estimated 5% discrepancy rate. This was reflected in the monthly alarm metrics where there was a sharp decrease over the 6 months.
