An ICT professional with 14 years of experience at Chinese multinational telecommunications equipment manufacturer, local and global telecom service providers & world class convention and exhibition venue. Currently working at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (Management) Limited and job duties include: - Responsible for the planning, implementation of projects, operations, review of policies and procedures related to the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) as well as electronic systems including, but not limited to Centre’s Complimentary and Premium Wi-Fi Services, Broadband Lines, Digital Signage, Walkie Talkie Services, Telephony Services & Mobile (2G/3G/4G/5G) Services - Supervise and direct subordinates of ICT Section to execute the activities of projects, repair and maintenance - Supervise and direct Assistant Manager - ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) to execute the ELV Section projects and budgeting - Develop annual capital expenditure and repair or maintenance budgets to include projects for consideration in the upcoming fiscal year including major repair, replacement and retrofitting of ICT and ELV Sections - Perform vendor management and carry out procurement exercise of ICT and ELV Sections - Keep the Centre up-to-date with suitable technologies and processes
