Monitoring incoming products, scheduling installations, work with installers regarding jobs or concerns. Take incoming calls and assist both internal and external customer's with scheduling and/or questions/concerns.
Assist in escalated calls from internal or external customers, respond to BBB complaints, coach and observe coordinators with call quality. Coordinate monthly meetings to keep staff up to date with changes. Produce schedules for employees, monitor and approve/decline vacation requests based off of staffing needs. Complete annual performance reviews and any other HR documentation. Monitor work load for staff and assist with training when needed. Promote world class customer service throughout the department to ensure both internal and external customer's needs were being met.
