Hi, I'm Callum Jupp, a filmmaker based in London with over a decade of experience across commercial, documentary and narrative film. Since 2012 I've worked at every level of the industry, building a career defined by range and creative ownership. I direct, produce, shoot and edit and I bring that end-to-end understanding to everything I make. As a freelancer I've delivered work for some of the world's most recognised names: Amazon Prime, Netflix, Channel 4, Amazon Music, Rakuten, Qatar Airways, Penguin Books, Macmillan, Fender, Gibson, Marshall, Brewdog and more. Across branded content, music film, documentary and commercial work, I bring a filmmaker's eye to every brief regardless of scale or format. Alongside my freelance work, I serve as Senior Director of Cinematography at Sonderseen, working with major corporate and institutional clients including AXA, Legal & General, Allianz and the Church of England. I'm also Creative Lead at Coffeehouse Crime, one of YouTube's leading true crime channels, where I research, write and edit content for an audience of 2.2 million subscribers. Previously, as a Board Member and Associate Director at Higham & Company, I led creative direction and post-production across a roster of high-profile brand clients including IKEA, John Lewis and the NHS. I'm currently on the roster at a number of production companies across London, working as director, editor, producer and camera operator.
At Sonderseen I lead as Senior Director of Cinematography, bringing creative direction to every frame, while also directing and overseeing edits when needed. It's an end-to-end role that keeps me across the full filmmaking process: from shot conception through to finished cut. Working with a strong roster of corporate and institutional clients, the work demands a polished, authoritative visual language that reflects the calibre of the brands we serve. Coffeehouse Crime is one of YouTube's leading true crime channels, with 2.2 Million subscribers on YouTube, 100,000 followers on Facebook, one of the fastest growing True Crime podcasts, and 500 million views cross-platform. I joint in the early stages of the channel's current growth phase, I've work closely alongside founder Adrian to help shape and scale the content. As a Board Member and Associate Director at Higham & Company, I led creative direction, production and post across a slate of short films designed to capture the essence of a brand and make it genuinely understood by its audience. Over almost a decade with the company, I wore many hats: directing, shooting, editing and producing.
