As Advisory Market Leader for MMB, my role is to help drive exceptional client experience and outcomes through the continual development, evolution and investment in our advisory services and solutions globally. I also lead MMB's Health Innovation Studio, spearheading the development of scalable solutions and tools from concept through to development in partnership with our Digital team and key clients. This involves leveraging client co-creation frameworks and harnessing the digital and data capabilities embedded within the broader Marsh organization to create impactful, forward-thinking health and benefits solutions. I am a global benefits and rewards consultant and work with multinational employers to help them combine risk management and cost containment straegies with better health outcomes and employee experience. I joined Mercer in 1996 and have been fortunate to work across a number of client facing and leadership roles within the business, including Mercer Middle East Market Leader, Global Leader for Multinational Client Services and MMB Multinational Advisory Leader. I have lived and worked in Dubai, San Francisco and London and have consulted on projects in over 50 countries. Technical areas of experience include: Total Rewards strategy, Employee Experience and Technology, Global Employee Benefits Strategy and Transformation, Implementation and Governance of Global Benefit Programs, Expatriate Benefits and International Pension Plans. I have also led a number of large global benefits project within the context of wider transformations including Mergers & Acquisitions covering due diligence and post merger integration. More broadly I have had various P&L responsibilities and led a range of consulting, account management and functional teams for Mercer over the last 15 years and am passionate about inclusive leadership. I regularly represent Mercer at public speaking events specifically around Global Benefits Strategy.

Country Head and Director of Mercer Middle East Consulting Limited with responsibility for Mercer's Health & Benefits business in the region. Led the establishment of Mercer Financial Services Middle East Limited in 2010, a regulated company in the Dubai International Financial Centre from which Mercer provides investment and benefits consulting services to clients across the region.
International Benefits Consultant based in London advising on international rewards strategy, cross border benefit plans, HR M&A strategy and new market entry. Previously worked in Mercer's Retirement Risk and Finance Business specializing in DB and DC pension strategy and governance with broader client management responsibilities for companies in a range of sectors including Banking, Oil & Gas and Constructing & Engineering.
