I am a driven ex professional sportsman working within AMEYs (Group Commercial) Central Assurance and Risk team. Progressively being seconded throughout Amey to their business units providing commercial assistance to aid the commercial teams and develop my own experience within the engineering and infrastructure industry. I have been fortunate to have been involved in delivering works in highways, rail and consulting projects from a commercial role. Alongside, studying at Nottingham Trent University to further my knowledge of the profession and to understand all aspects required from me as a quantity surveyor and commercial manager. Using skills and habits developed during my time as a sportsman and transferring them into this new role with different day to day goals but with the same end target of winning and success for the company.
