My role encompasses overseeing a broad range of investment, joint venture and inter-company matters, partnering cross-functionally across Corp Governance, Finance, FP&A, IP Licensing, Legal, R&D, GTM, Product, PR, Comms, working with the Executive team, functional leaders and subject matter experts within GitLab globally, with the Board & management team at JV as well as with the VC co-investors. Airlearner is an online platform for offline classes. As a start-up it was short lived, but it was a pivotal experience where I learnt about platform economy, venture capital ecosystem, early PMF signals, the importance of (right) co-founders, commercial judgement, and patience.
