I am working as POS Systems Senior Specialist on HUQQA, HUQQA International and HUQQABAZ Restourants which is part of Atasay Holding Inc. I am responsible for store sales software (POS Software) configuration, solutions and data analyst scope of stores. I am doing a Monthly and weekly cost control reports based on stores. I am using on BI tools and databases to provide reports. I am working on below databases and softwares. • Windows Server 2016 & 2012 R2 Installing & Maintenance • QlikSENSE • MS SQL • Micros – Sybase (POS Software) • Back•up and Revert Scenarios of Databases • MC Fidelio – Oracle (Stock Management Software) • Ticket management – Jira Software / CA / Manage Engine • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Management In addition my responsibilities; • IT / IS Project management and Project team coordination • Start up store process and software preparation and orientation for storeworkers • To reporting Management team required system and other IT tools equipment.
