I've spent my career finding the problems worth solving and building the infrastructure to solve them — across data engineering, business intelligence, revenue operations, pricing strategy, and GTM ops. In my current role, I own all of it as a sole practitioner, which keeps things interesting. What I enjoy most is that my work lives at the intersection of technical depth and business strategy. I'm just as comfortable designing a warehouse architecture or writing a dbt model as I am in a pricing conversation with a CFO or building out a forecast for a board deck. Getting to operate across that full range is something I don't take for granted. I've built most things from scratch rather than inheriting them, which I think produces better instincts about what actually matters and what's just noise. Five years in B2B SaaS with direct C-suite exposure has reinforced that pretty consistently. Outside of work, I'm a triathlete in training for my next 70.3 — data-driven there too, for better or worse.
