Caleb M. Mills is an editor at E-International Relations magazine and a columnist at the Asia Cable. He holds a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Purdue University, where he worked as a research assistant. In 2023, Caleb interned at Vanderbilt University’s Latin American Public Opinion Project, studying the phenomenon of autogolpes. His research focuses on comparative political theory, including democratic backsliding and the intersection of electoral politics and foreign policy. His work has appeared in The Lima Chronicle, Asia Times, International Policy Digest, RealClearPolitics, and Geopolitical Monitor. In 2020, Caleb’s research on China’s ongoing water crisis was referenced in Climate Change and the Nation State: The Case for Nationalism in a Warming World by Anatol Lieven, published by Oxford University Press. His work has also been cited in the Princeton Law Review, the U.S. Naval Graduate School, and Forbes Magazine.
