Software engineer interested in the web programming, artificial intelligence/machine learning systems, and parallel/distributed computation.
I work on FAIR Infrastructure where I expedite research by building tools for all FAIR scientists and engineers which improve developer efficiency and end-to-end experimentation workflow. In order to build these tools, I leverage a broad tech stack---Python, Hack (PHP), JavaScript, React, GraphQL, Relay, SQL---as well as general knowledge of AI/ML, parallel/distributed computing, and web programming.
Provide tech support for students, faculty, and staff on campus for desktop computers, printers, and mobile devices. Coordinate monthly student meetings about recent changes in technology and problem solving strategies for common tech problems on campus.
Run weekly evening help sessions in order to help students with debugging lab assignments, understanding lecture material, and preparing for examinations. Approximately 15–20 students attend each session. Attend weekly meetings with professors to talk about lab assignments, anticipated problems with upcoming material, and common problems students are currently facing.
