As Innovation Center Manager at ASML, I bridge the gap between what's technically possible and what creates lasting business impact. My job is to translate complexity into clarity, and clarity into action — whether that means co-developing future technology concepts with key customers, guiding executive teams through AI and digital transformation, or creating the environments where bold ideas become scalable solutions. What makes my perspective distinctive is that I've built it from the ground up. I spent years as a Senior Project Manager deep inside ASML's installed base — leading software engineering teams providing 3rd-line technical support for DUV lithography systems worldwide, serving customers including Intel, TSMC, Samsung, and SK Hynix. That hands-on grounding in semiconductor machinery, agile delivery, and global customer escalations is the foundation everything else is built on. From there I moved into shaping ASML's Digital Workplace as Product Owner — enabling secure, high-performance, device-agnostic working at global scale — before stepping into my current dual role leading the Innovation Center and driving engineering efficiency across R&D. Today I help turn the Innovation Center's four pillars — collaboration, future-of-work, technology adoption, and sustainable value creation — into tangible outcomes for the organization. Across nearly a decade at ASML I've also led enterprise transformations and spoken regularly at European industry events. I organize innovation forums, workshops, and ASML's internal Innovation Days because the best breakthroughs happen when engineers, business leaders, and customers think together. With CGI I will be contributing my expertise in large scale outsourcing projects and oversee the execution of IT operations. This will include and overseeing operations mostly for the finance sector. As well I am leading the Belgian group in DevOps & Agile projects in bringing expertise to proposal and sharing my knowledge with other members. Initial position: Program Manager. Brings thought leadership and key knowledge as a solution expert in providing a continuous service improvements to clients through application outsourcing. Linked ITIL processes to Agile/SAFe devlopment and support practices. The outlook is to reduce incidents/problems to a minimum through ITIL processes by working on the quality of the code and optimizing the development through Agile methods. This ensures high service levels are maintained for application outsourcing engagements so overall cost savings are maintained. With my wide experience, I lead clients to utilize Cegeka's resources so we can deploy together in different sourcing models to allow up- or down-scaling teams quickly when required. For Capco (Frankfurt and Antwerp), I was one of the leaders in providing integrated solutions delivery in application management solutions (payment and market/reference data) in technology services. Delivery to large scale international projects in the financial, SWIFT/Non-SWIFT payments and capital markets domain.
