Plans, organizes and delivers the program of instruction based on approved curriculum; monitors, evaluates, and communicates student progress; maintains records and makes reports; enforces Board policies, regulations, and rules; supervises students, and secures and maintains school property and materials.
• Recruit and train volunteers to serve. • Organize the nursery and ensure its safety. • Develop, post and enforce nursery policies. • Schedule nursery volunteers for every service and special church-wide events. • Oversee budget and expenditures • Develop weekly curriculum. • Develop relationships with volunteers, children and parents to foster positive environment.
• Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate preschool program for young children. • Supervise children in the classroom setting. • Communicate with parents and members of the community. • Maintain program administration. • Effectively work with co-teachers and Preschool Director.
