Technip are a Tier 1 EPCM Contractor operating within the Oil and Gas Sector. Caitlin fulfilled the role of Senior HR Advisor based in Perth overseeing personnel engaged on INPEX ICHTHYS Offshore Commissioning Scope including both offshore and onshore operations. During her tenure with Technip Caitlin spent a number of months working in Geoje, South Korea. Caitlin’s responsibilities included: • Primary point of contact for personnel on site for all HR related matters • Management external suppliers including recruitment agents & relocation service providers in Darwin & South Korea • Coordinated all international mobility assignments in and out of Technip (Australia) • Coordinated all offers of employment • Managed the mobilization and demobilization of workforce to various sites (Korea, Singapore, Darwin & Offshore WA) • Development of project HR documents (in conjunction with Package Lead)- Project Terms & Conditions, Inductions and Travel Policy • Managment ER matters including performance management and grievance and dispute resolution • Head count reporting and liaison with international employing entities- Technip Singapore & Korea • Organisation and management of all travel requirements for personnel including all travel reporting • Supervision of the HR/Recruitment Administrator • Maintenance and reporting of personnel roster information in RosterOn/OPMS • Management TPO training matrix, coordinate necessary training for project personnel and liaise with client representatives to ensure compliance
Auzcorp are a hospitality services and property development company with interests in Malaysia, Singapore and WA’s Pilbara Region. Caitlin joined Auzcorp in 2012 initially fulfilling the role or HR & Recruitment Coordinator and by early 2013 had been promoted into a leadership role. Responsible for overseeing the human resources department for the group Caitlin's key areas of focus include: • Monthly reporting on key HR issues • Staff recruitment and retention • Mentoring managers in relation to human resources issues • Training and development • Award interpretation, remuneration and benefits • Developing and implementing policies and procedures • Managing workers compensation claims and return to work • Mobilization of FIFO staff including travel and accommodation • Regular travel to site in Port Hedland and Newman to provide support to site based managers • Managing ER/IR issues • Managing labour budget • Managing business restructure and workforce planning
