Co-founded Verve Consulting Partners to help healthcare organizations navigate critical inflection points—including growth, acquisition, and operational strain—by driving measurable financial performance through operational rigor. Lead performance transformation engagements and enterprise integrations for PE-backed, value-based care, health systems, or other healthcare start up organizations, including multi-practice integrations, revenue cycle optimization, and sub-capitation program redesign. Work as an embedded partner to design future-state operating models, run execution, surface and mitigate risk, and build performance management systems that compound after exit.
Manage a team that serves three functions core to the operations: active daily management, tying daily activity through metrics to annual budget targets; development of organization-wide technology and operations priorities aligned with business objectives; and standing up a new market training and onboarding function.
Develop and facilitate the management of market-focused strategies and performance plans. Partner with finance on the integrated budget and in-year monitoring against budget. Prioritize resourcing to support budget initiatives.
Ideation and clinical program development with the Chief Medical Officer across all agilon health markets. Refining and "productizing" clinical program playbooks to include sizing of the opportunity, analysis of the business case, and assessment of operational requirements. Coordination and collaboration with health plans, specialists, and potential partners around programs and provider strategies.

Caitlin Feller, MPP, PCMH CCE is the Director of Clinical Strategy at Community Health Solutions, a consulting firm with a mission is to help people improve health and health care for populations and communities. Caitlin is the Director of the regional office in Austin, Texas. She currently develops new business opportunities and on existing projects to help clinical organizations improve quality, optimize care models, create community linkages, and demonstrate value. Many of these projects are conducted through Action Learning Networks (SM), whereby groups of individuals and organizations work across sectors to learn and implement effective policies and practices for health improvement.

As one of 25 NNEMS fellows nationwide, conducted comprehensive research and interviews and generated findings and recommendations that will serve as basis for the EPA's Office of Brownfields and Land Revitalization (OBLR) future sustainability pilots. With OBLR Director, attended Chicago-based national meeting of experts analyzing the Great Lakes Legacy Act's application to waterfront property revitalization. Edited related pre-conference white paper and post-conference summaries. Coordinated and participated in separate "listening sessions" with area stakeholders and EPA's Assistant Administrator of Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response. Drafted and distributed session summaries to participants and EPA administrators.
