Responsible for creating new business, building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing (end-)customers in grain milling industry. Focus countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Indonesia
• Focus countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines • To develop and perform sales activities by promoting desiccant based solutions into commercial and industrial applications. • Development of business plans and sales strategies for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. • Build a good relationship with local contractors, consultants and owners by providing good technical support. • Working together with sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities, identifies key customer technical objections and develops the strategies to resolve technical impediments to closing sales transactions. • Maintain existing client accounts and to develop new clients’ accounts. • Working closely with M&E contractors & consultants for tender jobs by providing documentations and coordinating a smooth delivery of the equipment. • Prepare monthly sales report and update sales forecast for submission to the Managing Director and to work with sales team for project closures. • Work with sales support team for quotations, order processing, project documentation and service team to ensure service requests are met. • Maintaining thorough knowledge of product features and competitors’ products. • Supporting overseas representatives in sales and technical support.
