Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Zapier Outpost, a portfolio of high-touch, in-person event experiences for Zapier's enterprise marketing programs, including multi-day VIP travel programs and intimate, curated experiences in key markets designed to drive pipeline momentum. Partner with Sales, Field, and Enterprise Marketing teams to build audience strategies that target the right accounts, aligning Outpost programming with GTM priorities. Manage agency and vendor relationships to deliver seamless, high-quality attendee experiences across logistics, production, and on-site execution, ensuring each Outpost reflects Zapier's standards for hospitality and brand consistency. Collaborate across the Events Programs team to ensure cohesion across Outpost experiences, connecting events with broader company event ecosystems. Define and track key success metrics, including attendance quality, engagement signals, and sales feedback, and translate insights into repeatable formats, playbooks, and templates that improve scalability across the Outpost program. Support operations for Zapier's annual virtual conference, ZapConnect (30,000+ registrants), contributing to vendor management, speaker logistics, and post-event analysis.

Culture First Global (CFG) is Culture Amp’s marquee community experience. Historically a live-only event, CFG is now also a sophisticated virtual broadcast, creating boundary-pushing multi-track programs for thousands of live viewers around the globe that create and delight community activists, educate and grow customers, and help to close new business. This event focuses on contributing to increased brand awareness, the generation of new revenue streams through sponsors, driving strategic growth for new product launches and increasing Culture Amp's reach within existing markets. In this position I: Plan and execute the Culture First Global event series across 3 regions (APAC, Americas & EMEA) including partnering with external agencies to manage logistics Implement, maintain, and update processes and playbooks for repeatability and scalability of event activations across regional experiences Drive project schedules, adhere to budgets, and oversee functions including graphic design, event planning, and event management Manage the event sponsors from signing the contract to post-event follow-up Develop, execute, and track results tied to multi-touch marketing plans and events
