- Helped to maintain and extend the long list of devices that bitmovin-player supports. - While implementing new features and refactoring the legacy code, had a chance to tackle complex video problems such as building and optimizing mp4 and webm parsers, state management ...etc. - As an active member of the Architecture working group helped to create a HLD (high level design) and worked actively on a lower level to improve the framework around the SDK. - Worked mainly with TS and JS. and had a chance to experiment with rust.
- Worked on multiple customer facing products such as Dashboard, Demos, Documentation, Website, Developer Network as well as internal component library and admin dashboard. Most of my time was spent on Dashboard, documentation and internal admin dashboard. - Our team’s main responsibility was to maintain and extend the existing behavior in dashboard and demos while building/rebuilding the projects like documentation, website, developer network and admin dashboard. - Worked in collaboration with the marketing and design team to create a better experience for the customer and played a big role in developing the SEO and internal analytics features. - Worked with wide range of technologies & Products including but not limited to: JS, TS, ReactJS, Redux, NextJs, Contentful, Jest, WebPack, Storybook, ExpressJS
- Co-built most of the Frontend. Refined, restructured and documented the codebase both in front and backend using react/redux, nodeJS/cluster & socket.io - Automated administrative tasks, logging, mail/newsletter generation & sending(via SendGrid). Did the groundwork for SEO, Analytics, Facebook pixels...etc. - Created full-stack B2B & Admin interfaces from ground up using React+Redux & Firebase.
